Delete your Trailla account

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 · From the app

Open Trailla and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Read the warning and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2 · By email

If you cannot access the app, write to soporte@trailla.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, avatar).
The trips you created, with their places, itineraries, expenses, checklists and comments. If a trip is shared, it is also deleted for the other members.
Your membership in trips created by other people, and the content you added to them that is linked to your account.

What may be retained

Technical logs and diagnostics that cannot be linked back to you, kept only as long as needed for security and stability.
Backups, which are purged on their normal rotation cycle.
Data we are legally required to keep, only for the period the law requires.

Tip: before deleting, share or export anything you want to keep from trips you own.
